A few measurements and job details help us quote accurately and plan delivery. Use this checklist for forklift, rough terrain forklift or telehandler hire.
CHECK 1
Provide the heaviest load, its dimensions and required placement height. For a telehandler, include forward reach and attachment. Nominal capacity is not the capacity at every height or reach; our team checks the proposed configuration against the load chart.
CHECK 2
Measure the narrowest access width and lowest clearance along the whole route. Lowered mast height, overall travel height and maximum lift height are different. Include overhead beams, roller doors and any fitted beacon or attachment.
CHECK 3
Tell us whether work is indoors or outdoors, the floor or ground condition, gradients and any non-marking tyre requirements. Send site photos if access or the working surface needs explaining.
CHECK 4
Include expected working hours and your preferred fuel type. For electric equipment, tell us the charging supply available; charger compatibility and charging arrangements need confirmation for the supplied machine.
CHECK 5
Give the exact address, site contact, truck entrance and permitted delivery times. Include any booking-slot or unloading restrictions. Transport charges and timing are confirmed for the machine and location.
CHECK 6
